Falls Pond is comprised an "upper" and "lower" section divided by Reservoir Street. The upper side was dredged about 30 years ago and allows power boating (ramp at beach). The shallow, lower section is non-power. There are 2 public beaches (Peck Rd & Barbara Rd). Yearly winter drawdowns help keep weed free.

(1) One thru Five stars, five being the best. Rating based on overall lake quality, boat traffic, solitude, watershed conditions, wildlife, association activity, nutrient input, location, amenities, etc. This is my opinion only.
(2) At deepest point when lake is full.
(3) One thru Ten. "1" being minimal weed coverage / no problems during summer months; "10" being complete coverage / restricts all recreation.
