Do you cover other areas besides Southeastern Massachusetts?
My territory of area lakes is expanding all the time. My commitment to you is that I will NOT add a lake to my site until I become an expert on it. That means getting out on the water, meeting with the lake leaders and/or Association and obtaining ALL the details of the lake.
That said, if there is a particular lake or area that is not covered here, please let me know. Because of my Lake Management contacts, I can usually find out the details of a particular lake fairly fast. I can also send you lakefront listings from ANYWHERE in Massachusetts through MLS.
Can we view a particular lake from the water?
Yes. Most of the lakes that I cover are available to view by boat through my past clients. I highly recommend this approach to get a true feeling of the lake and surroundings.
What type of recreation is allowed on Massachusetts Lakes?
Each lake tends to be a little different in terms of recreation. The best way to get an overview of all the lakes is on my area lakes page. It breaks down each lake by recreational activity. Also notice that each lake has it's own page describing all aspects of the lake.
How quick will my home sell?
Most agents will tell you it is a matter of market conditions and the current state of the economy. That's because they believe they are in the "Sales" business. The reason for my success is because I have always believed I am in the "Marketing" business. My approach to getting your home sold fast and for top dollar is much different than most. For Example, many of my Sellers take advantage of my Buyer list and marketing efforts and list with me exclusively. This way, I can offer a lower commission, the Seller gets a quick sale and a "First Choice" Buyer gets their dream home. It's a great win-win situation.
