Manchaug Pond (also known as Lake Manchaug) is a 350 acre great pond located on the Sutton/Douglas line. This area is known for its traditional, backwoods New England feel, scenic roads, as well as many walking and hiking trails. There are many species of wildlife and birds that inhabit the Lake Manchaug Greenway and Wildlife Corridor. Lake Manchaug is a fully recreational lake with clear waters for swimming enjoyment too. There are several islands, rock piles and a stone wall that need to be known to boaters.
