Comments:
One of the cleanest lakes in the State. There's no inlet, just spring fed...but enough to constantly flush lake. Town owns all water and water rights. About 1/2 of lakeshore property is public land. Sharon Comminuty Center (SCC) has concerts, beach, picnic area & trails. Memorial Park Beach open to public. "Lake Management Study Committee" is very active and knowlegeable about lake community. Lakefront property is very pricey, there are many million dollar homes on this lake.

Notes:
(1) One thru Five stars, five being the best. Rating based on overall lake quality, boat traffic, solitude, watershed conditions, wildlife, association activity, nutrient input, location, amenities, etc. This is my opinion only.
(2) At deepest point when lake is full.
(3) One thru Ten. "1" being minimal weed coverage / no problems during summer months; "10" being complete coverage / restricts all recreation.
