Comments:
The Town of Bellingham owns this quite, serene lake. There is a public beach on Cross Street and visitors are encouraged to walk the bridge out to the island nature trail and explore. It is fairly shallow so no power boating is allowed but it is a great lake to canoe, kayak and fish.
