Whitehall Reservoir
Comments:
Whitehall Reservoir is a state-owned waterbody. Whitehall State Park has a public ramp, small hiking trail, picnic spots and ample parking. 12 mph speed limit keeps boat traffic down. There are very few homes right on the lake, most are across the street. Summer weeds and lack of recreation keep rating down...but very pretty. Great fishing and kayaking.
